Vertiv is seeking a Contract Renewals Specialist in Italy to ensure timely renewal and administration of service contracts, supporting revenue targets and sustaining strong customer relationships throughout the contract lifecycle.

You will manage end-to-end renewal processes, analyze the installed base, prepare communications, and coordinate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Legal to secure renewals. A 2+ year background in customer service or contract administration is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, contract administration, sales support, or service operations.
• Experience managing renewals or service contracts is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end renewal process for fixed-price service contracts.
• Analyze the installed base and contract portfolio to identify upcoming renewals.
• Prepare renewal communications and follow-up correspondence.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Legal to resolve issues and secure renewals.
• Maintain accurate contract and pricing information in company systems.
• Assist with contract reviews and renewal negotiations.
