Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support specialist for a fully remote role based in Greece with relocation support. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring smooth customer journeys and accurate data entry.

The role offers a salary of €1,045 gross per month across 14 payments, plus a performance bonus up to 15% and fully paid training from day one. Relocation benefits include flights, 2 weeks hotel, airport pickup, and real estate fees covered.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
