Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first line of support across phone, email, chat and other channels in Milan. You will resolve inquiries, process orders and guide customers through products and services to ensure a smooth experience.

Fluent Italian and strong English, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn in travel-related services are key. The role offers relocation support, meal allowances and health coverage with an onsite office.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in travel field.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, orders, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and helpful information.
• Resolve questions, concerns, and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, products, or services when assistance is needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, procedures, and policies through continuous training.
