Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional assistance across phone, email, chat, and other channels. You will identify needs, provide solutions, and document interactions to ensure a smooth experience.

The role requires Italian fluency (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU or Portuguese residency, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements:
