Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat, and other channels. You will resolve inquiries, handle orders and accounts, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

The role requires fluent Italian and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and strong communication skills. Relocation assistance is provided for a smooth transition and onsite work is offered.

• Guide customers through processes, platforms, products, or services when assistance is needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback that may help improve processes and service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, procedures, and policies through continuous training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
