CBTALENTS is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Italian market, based on-site in Lisbon. You will support Italian-speaking customers by phone and email, resolve issues, and guide clients through documentation and orders. A relocation package is provided to ensure a smooth move.

The role offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts, comprehensive training, and a Portuguese employment contract including bonuses, private health insurance, and meal allowances.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) is required.
• Experience in customer support or helpdesk is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with handling documentation and orders.
