CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Customer Service Representative for a Lisbon-based, on-site role. You will support Italian-speaking customers by phone and email, resolving inquiries about a medical device and ensuring a smooth experience.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts, a Portuguese contract, relocation assistance including furnished accommodation, utilities, and perquisites such as holiday bonuses, private health insurance, and meal allowances.

Competenze

• Italian C2 and English B2 required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy when assisting customers.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Italian market, dedicated to assisting clients with inquiries related to an innovative medical device. This role is based in the vibrant city of Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and offering empathetic, timely solutions.
• Assisting clients with documentation, order entries, and product shipments.

In this position, you’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success. Relocation support is provided and includes furnished accommodations, utility coverage, and on-the-ground assistance to ensure a smooth transition to Lisbon.
