Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Sofia, Bulgaria, is seeking an Italian Content Moderator to help maintain a safe online environment. The role reviews user content, investigates reports, and enforces platform policies.

You will work on-site with rotation across shifts, 40 hours per week, and benefit from a relocation package including €1,500 gross and 21 days of company-provided accommodation.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (min B1/B2).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions.
• Experience in content moderation, trust and safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies.
• Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or internal systems.
• Analyze data to determine severity and impact of incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends to identify threats and prevent abuse.
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports to support improvements.
