Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks an Italian Content Moderator to safeguard a safe online space. The role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a relocation package from Bologna. You will review content, enforce policies, and collaborate across teams to improve safety and platform integrity.

Fluency in Italian and English (B1/B2 level) is required, with strong analytical and communication skills. Rotational shifts, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or systems.
• Analyze data and context to determine severity and impact of incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trust and safety matters.
• Monitor trends to identify risks and prevent abuse.
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports to improve operations.
