OVRSEA Italy offers a 6-month internship in Milan with the potential to convert to a full-time role. You will join the Sales team as a BDR, focusing on lead generation, prospecting, and using AI tools to improve outreach while updating CRM records in Salesforce.

You must be an Italian native speaker with good English and strong interpersonal skills. A hunter mindset and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-growing startup are essential; prior marketing or sales experience is a plus.
