OVRSEA Italy in Milan is seeking a driven BDR intern for a 6-month program starting January 2027. You will join a fast-growing team led by Luigi, Country Manager Italy, and work across Sales and Operations to grow our Italian client base.

You’ll develop prospecting techniques, handle outreach, and learn to use AI and automation tools to improve conversion. The internship offers central Milan offices, onboarding, and commuter benefits.

Competenze

• Native Italian speaker with good English.
• 6-month internship starting January 2027 with potential conversion to full-time.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and prospecting is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead generation and prospecting to identify relevant leads.
• Approach targets and coordinate with Sales Executives for meetings.
