Teceze is seeking an L2 IT Support Engineer to provide onsite IT and data center support at the Rome location. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows environments and a basic understanding of VMware/ESXi, server troubleshooting, and data center operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with remote teams and local site contacts to resolve issues efficiently.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in L2 IT Support / Data Center Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of VMware ESXi and VMware technologies.
• Basic understanding of server infrastructure and data center operations.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite L2 IT support for servers and IT infra.
• Troubleshoot Windows issues and perform basic checks.
• Maintain VMware ESXi basics and related VMware technologies.
• Perform basic data center management tasks.
• Track and manage network/server cabling and connections.
