Teceze is seeking an L2 IT Support Engineer to provide onsite IT and data center support in Rome, Italy. The role focuses on Windows environments and basic VMware/ESXi, server troubleshooting, and cabling.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently at the customer site, coordinating with local contacts for issue resolution.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in L2 IT support or data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with VMware ESXi, server troubleshooting and data center operations.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite L2 IT support and basic server troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot Windows-related issues and perform basic system checks.
• Assist with data center management and cabling tasks.
• Coordinate with remote teams and local site contacts for resolution.
