Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Milano–Segrate is seeking an IT Support Intern to join an international team. You will provide Level 1 Help Desk support to local users, assist with day-to-day IT needs, and gain hands-on experience in a modern corporate IT environment.

During the internship, you’ll help set up and maintain the local IT environment, deploy and renew end-user devices, manage tickets, and contribute to IT documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS.
• Proficient in Italian; English at least B2.
• Interest in network infrastructure and IT processes.
• Curious and eager to learn in a global company.
• Hands-on ability to support both digital and physical IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Setup, configure and maintain the local IT environment according to corporate standards.
• Assist in deployment, replacement, and renewal of end-user devices and systems.
• Handle IT support tickets and assist with issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and IT procedures.
• Assist in managing local IT infrastructure (LAN, Server/Storage, Audiovisual).
• Work on IT operations in Italy, while providing additional support to users across the EUROMED region.
• Support hands-on IT activities, including server racking, desk wiring, and meeting room setup.

We are looking for an IT Support Intern to join our international team in Milano - Segrate. Are you looking for an exciting internship in a multinational company? You will take on new challenges and tasks in a dynamic, international environment!

In this role, you will provide first-level IT support (Level 1 Help Desk) to local users, assisting with their day-to-day IT needs and troubleshooting common technical issues. You will also gain hands‑on experience and learn how a modern corporate IT environment operates in practice.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Help with the setup, configuration and maintenance of the local IT environment according to corporate standards
• Assist in the deployment, replacement, and renewal of end‑user devices and systems
• Handle IT support tickets and assist with issue resolution
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and IT procedures.
• Assist in managing and implementing local IT infrastructure (LAN, Server&Storage, Audiovisual)
• Work on IT operations in Italy, while providing additional support to users across the EUROMED region
• Support hands‑on IT activities, including server racking, desk wiring, and meeting room setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (e.g., Perito Informatico)
• Basic understanding of Operating Systems (Windows Client/Server; Linux/macOS is a plus)
• Knowledge of Italian and English proficiency at B2 level or above
• Interest and knowledge in network infrastructure and IT processes
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn how IT systems are managed in a global company
• Hands‑on attitude and willingness to support both digital and physical IT tasks
