TVS SCS Italia in Isola della Scala is seeking an experienced Engineer VR03 responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will act as an escalation point for issues, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure the integrity of technical documentation. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 18 months of experience in IT are required. Candidates should be fluent in both Italian and English, and familiarity with Windows platforms and Active Directory is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 18 months of experience in the IT sector.
• Basic or Medium experience in operations within a given field of IT.
• Knowledge of Italian and English languages, both colloquial and technical.

Mansioni

• Act as L2/L3 escalation point for incidents and service requests related to EIT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues beyond L1 capabilities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
