Job summary

Sungrow Europe in Italy seeks an IT Support professional to deliver Level 1–2 multi-site assistance, primarily from Milan. You will manage devices with Intune, enforce security via Defender and Conditional Access, and help align local operations with global IT standards. Strong communication in Italian and English is required.

You will collaborate with regional teams, handle incidents, and contribute to documentation and asset management for a growing green-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a combined Level 1 and Level 2 IT support role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows OS.
• Experience with ITSM platforms Jira, Zendesk or ServiceNow.
• Fluency in Italian and English (C1) or Chinese (nice-to-have).

Your profile

• 2-5 years of experience in a combined Level 1 and Level 2 IT support role.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Fluency in Italian and English (C1) is required, or Chinese (not mandatory).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender suite, or Fortinet environments is an advantage.
• A sound understanding of networking fundamentals including VPN, firewall, and VoIP technologies would be beneficial.
• ITIL Foundation certification is considered an advantage.
