The Magnum Ice Cream Company is offering an IT Service Management Intern role to support the IT Infrastructure Specialist in daily operations and data collection for system migrations. You will provide first and second level support, assist in workstation setup and help maintain connectivity and security across the IT landscape.

You will work in a fast-moving environment, collaborating with teams and external partners to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to new platforms, while

Competenze

• Knowledge of IT, CS or related field.
• Experience in IT support and infrastructure environments.
• Strong skills in Windows/macOS, networking, and hardware/software.

Mansioni

• Support IT Infrastructure Specialist in daily operations and ensure proper use of IT systems.
• Collect and maintain IT asset data for system migration and cybersecurity purposes.
• Provide first/second-level technical support to end users via help desk, tickets, phone, or on-site interventions.
• Assist in hardware and software installation, including configuration of new workstations and devices.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues (network, VPN, system access) and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support account management activities, including user access, permissions, and basic cloud tasks.
• Collaborate with external partners involved in IT transition projects.
