The Magnum Ice Cream Company is offering an IT Service Management Intern role to support the IT Infrastructure Specialist in daily operations and data collection for system migrations. You will provide first and second level support, assist in workstation setup and help maintain connectivity and security across the IT landscape.

This role plays a key part in assisting the IT transition from legacy systems (e.g., Unilever) to new platforms (e.g., TMICC), ensuring accurate data gathering and smooth execution of IT processes. The intern will help provide technical support and contribute to maintaining business continuity by supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the configuration of devices and systems.
