iubenda is seeking an enthusiastic IT Sales Intern to join our Sales team in Milan. You will support existing clients on technical follow-up, participate in rollout planning, and help ensure deployment compatibility with client systems.

You will troubleshoot JS/HTML issues and support feature rollouts, closely collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams. The role is a 6-month internship with 40 hours per week, offering hybrid work from Milan offices and potential for growth within a

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
• Full availability for 40 hours per week for 6 months.
• Comfortable supporting clients over calls with a proactive attitude.

Mansioni

• Supporting existing clients on technical follow-up and rollout planning, initially joining client calls under supervision.
• Assisting with deployment checks to ensure products don't conflict with clients' systems.
• Troubleshooting technical issues at the JavaScript and HTML level.
• Supporting the rollout of new features for existing clients.
• Helping plan and prioritise the resolution of client issues with the Technical Sales team.
• Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth client experience.
