The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Process Engineer Intern in Italy to support the development of world-class factories. You will work directly with line crews, apply FI, AM, PM, and PD tools, and coach teams on root-cause analysis and counter-measures.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, data-driven improvement, and collaboration across functions to reduce losses and improve safety and quality. Internship is 6 months with a €1,000 monthly gross allowance.

Mansioni

Apply ICMS methods to identify root causes, define countermeasures and validate effectiveness (FI, AM, PM, Q, PD).
Establish standards to support line operators and sustain new basic conditions.
Analyze complex data using statistics and basic coding to understand phenomena and root causes.
Apply engineering skills (mechanical, chemical, electrical, automation) to solve problems.
Design processes and optimize manpower to ensure efficient, sustainable lines.
Understand manufacturing technologies to drive process improvements.
