Loacker Austria is seeking an IT Operations & Support Specialist to ensure reliable IT services, provide advanced support, and collaborate with colleagues, external partners and business users to deliver a seamless IT experience. You will handle 2nd and 3rd line support, troubleshoot applications, networks and OS, perform monitoring, patches, backups and maintain documentation.

Fluent English is required; German or Italian is a plus. Location: Unterinn/Auna di Sotto.

Competenze

• Technical qualification in IT or a comparable field.
• Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and service management practices.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English; German and/or Italian are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for IT incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot applications, networks, and operating systems.
• Perform monitoring, patching, backups, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support IT projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide onsite support and participate in on-call activities when required.
• Participate to on-duty-call service.
• Perform security related activities up to 20% of the total time out of business hours.
