Loacker Austria is seeking an IT Operations & Support Specialist to ensure reliable IT services. You will provide advanced support, contribute to operational excellence, and collaborate with colleagues, partners, and business users to deliver a seamless IT experience.

Responsibilities include 2nd/3rd line support, troubleshooting, monitoring, backups, and on-call participation. Fluent English is required; German/Italian are a plus.

• 2nd/3rd line IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems and service management practices.
• Fluent English; German or Italian language skills are a plus.

As an IT Operations & Support Specialist,you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our ITservices. You will provide advanced support, contribute to operationalexcellence, and collaborate closely with colleagues, external partners, andbusiness users to deliver a seamless IT experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide2nd and 3rd level support for IT incidents and service requests
• Troubleshootapplications, networks, and operating systems
• Performmonitoring, patching, backups, and maintenance activities
• Maintainoperational documentation and knowledge base articles
• SupportIT projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Provideonsite support and participate in on-call activities when required
• Participate to on-duty-call service
• Performsecurity related activities up to 20% of the total time out of businesshours

Your profile

• Technicalqualification in IT or a comparable field
• Previousexperience in IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations
• Strongtroubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeof IT infrastructure, operating systems, and service management practices
• Goodcommunication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• FluentEnglish; German and/or Italian are an advantage

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on paytransparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,000 gross per year.Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and thescope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation packagemay be adjusted accordingly.
