Loacker in Unterinn/Auna di Sotto is seeking an IT Operations & Support Specialist to ensure reliable IT services and seamless day-to-day operations. You will deliver advanced support, monitor systems, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires expertise in IT infrastructure, strong troubleshooting, and fluent English; Italian/German are a plus. The position offers on-site work with flexible hours and potential home office options within Loacker’s international

Competenze

• Technical qualification in IT or a comparable field.
• Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and service management practices.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English; German and/or Italian are an advantage.

As an IT Operations & Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT services. You will provide advanced support, contribute to operational excellence, and collaborate closely with colleagues, external partners, and business users to deliver a seamless IT experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for IT incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot applications, networks, and operating systems
• Perform monitoring, patching, backups, and maintenance activities
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles
• Support IT projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
