Factorial is seeking a hands-on IT Operations role to keep systems running smoothly and drive improvements across the technical backbone of a fast-moving digital company.

You will identify weak spots, implement smarter solutions, and work cross-functionally to raise IT standards. German and/or Italian skills are valued, English a plus. This is a practical, problem-solving position with room to shape our IT strategy.
