Loacker Austria is seeking an IT Operations & Support Specialist to ensure reliable IT services, provide advanced support, and collaborate with colleagues, external partners and business users to deliver a seamless IT experience. You will handle 2nd and 3rd line support, troubleshoot applications, networks and OS, perform monitoring, patches, backups and maintain documentation.

Fluent English is required; German or Italian is a plus. Location: Unterinn/Auna di Sotto.

Competenze

• Technical qualification in IT or a comparable field.
• Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and service management practices.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English; German and/or Italian are an advantage.

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on paytransparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,000 gross per year.Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and thescope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation packagemay be adjusted accordingly.
