Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or IT operations roles, with leadership experience.
• Solid experience supporting Windows and macOS in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management and deployment tools (Intune).
• Experience managing IT asset lifecycle and vendor relationships.
• Experience defining or improving IT support processes, ticketing systems and SLAs.
• Good understanding of networking basics and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to end users, across Windows and macOS environments.
• Lead the internal IT support team, set priorities, manage workload, ensure QoS across locations.
• Define and implement IT support processes, ticketing workflows, SLAs and escalation procedures.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID for end-user devices.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, inventory and deployment.
• Oversee software licensing and vendor management.
• Collaborate with Cloud & IT Infrastructure team to align operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate IT processes and improve user experience.
• Maintain documentation of assets, configurations, and vendor contracts.
• Report IT performance metrics to the Director of Cloud & IT Infrastructure.
