Job summary

CoreView in Milan, Italy, seeks an IT Manager to lead internal IT support and operations. You will be hands-on, support users, and manage a small team across global offices, ensuring secure, reliable Microsoft 365 environments and end‑to‑end IT service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or IT operations with at least 1 year coordinating a team.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows and macOS in a corporate setting.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Hands-on experience with Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience in IT asset lifecycle, procurement, inventory and vendor management.
• Experience defining IT support processes, ticketing systems and SLAs.
• Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset; able to work with non-technical users and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to end users across Windows and macOS environments.
• Lead and coordinate the internal IT support team (2–3 people), prioritizing work and ensuring service quality.
• Define and implement IT support processes, ticketing workflows, SLAs and escalation procedures.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID for end-user devices.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, procurement, inventory and decommissioning.
• Oversee software licensing and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Cloud & IT Infrastructure to align IT with security standards.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
