CoreView, the global leader in Microsoft 365 resilience, is forming a Milan-based product team to own a strategic problem space. You’ll identify pain, decide what to build, ship it, and assess impact, with scope evolving as needed.

We value judgment, speed, and real AI-driven product work. Italian and English fluency are required as you collaborate with cross‑functional teams and interact with customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years shipping product, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
• Ability to reason from first principles and justify your decisions.
• Experience using AI to inform product work is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own the problem space: find real pain, decide what to build, ship it and measure impact.
• Define a roadmap with clear tradeoffs and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Be honest about risks, scope, and costs before engineering starts.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing and Support to enable launch and measurement.
