Response Informatics cerca un IT End User Computing Engineer con 3–6 anni di esperienza per fornire supporto IT onsite e remoto nel team globale IT Operations.

La posizione gestisce incidenti, deploy di dispositivi tramite Intune/JAMF e supporta Microsoft 365, VPN e sistemi di telephony. Esperienza con sale riunioni, AV e gestione asset è preferita.

Competenze

• 3+ years in IT/EUC or technical IT support.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across Windows 11 and macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, OneDrive and VPN.
• Experience supporting remote users and managing incidents within SLAs.
• Eccellenti capacità di problem solving, comunicazione e documentazione.
• Laurea in Informatica o equivalente.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.

IT End User Computing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to provide onsite and remote IT support within a global IT Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
