Response Informatics cerca un IT End User Computing (EUC) Engineer con 3–6 anni di esperienza per fornire supporto IT onsite e remoto all’interno di un team globale delle Operations IT.

Le responsabilità includono troubleshooting di incidenti hardware/software, gestione dispositivi Windows/macOS, implementazione con Intune/JAMF, supporto Microsoft 365 e soluzioni VPN, oltre al presidio di room e AV in contesti aziendali.

Competenze

• 3–6 years of IT/EUC or technical IT support experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across Windows 11 and macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, OneDrive and VPN.
• Experience supporting remote users and managing incidents within SLAs.

IT End User Computing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to provide onsite and remote IT support within a global IT Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Support Windows 11 and macOS, laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
• Configure and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, VPN, Defender and other business applications.
• Provide support for iOS/Android, Cisco/Polycom telephony and softphones.
• Support meeting rooms and AV technologies including Crestron, Logitech, Dolby and Room Wizard.
• Manage IT assets, documentation, knowledgebase updates and hardware lifecycle activities.
• Support new-joiner setups, employee moves, equipment returns and vendor hardware repairs.
• Perform meeting-room health checks, patching, updates and antivirus maintenance.
• Handle escalations and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.

Key Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in IT/EUC or technical IT support.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across Windows 11 and macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, OneDrive and VPN.
• Experience supporting remote users and managing incidents within SLAs.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
