Interroll Group is seeking Field Service Technicians based in Italy to support installation, commissioning, and servicing of intralogistics systems. The role involves on-site work for customers across Italy and Europe, plus potential collaboration with the Helpdesk and project teams.

Travel and on-call duties may apply; fluent English is mandatory. The position focuses on customer support, maintenance, and new installations in the Italian market and beyond.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or electrician.
• Experience in field service assembly/maintenance is a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on intralogistics systems on site in Italy and Europe.
• Install, commission, train operators, and perform maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with the Helpdesk and coordinate external service partners as needed.
• Possibly progress to supervising larger installations.
