Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders within the company’s TMS.
• Monitor the progress of transport services.
• Ensure accurate order tracking, updates and closure.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Support administrative activities related to transport operations.
• Support the management and development of the existing customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with current clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
