AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Specialist Customer Service & Inside Sales in Lombardy. You will be the first contact for customers, troubleshoot issues, handle RFIs/RFQs, and collaborate with sales and product teams to grow local services.

You will manage key accounts, build long-term relationships, conduct site or remote sales meetings, and contribute to quarterly business reviews. Fluency in English and Italian is required; university degree is a plus.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of international forwarding experience.
• Experience in pricing and customer service.
• Fluent in English and Italian (oral and written).

Mansioni

• Manage new and existing customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop local services and products.
• Handle RFIs and RFQs.
• Promote additional services to boost profitability.
• Interact with agents to set up quotes, routes and rates for international and domestic shipments.
• Review processes and take actions to correct issues.
• Provide feedback to improve procedures and reduce errors.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Manage key accounts, focusing on retention and acquiring new clients.
• Conduct sales meetings on site or remote.
• Gather information for QBRs with all relevant customers.
