Allegion is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead project management excellence across the H&W Region, spanning Italy, France, and the UK. You will guide a team of project managers, drive governance, and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives with accountability and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes building capabilities, aligning activities with business goals, and delivering measurable value while traveling up to 25% in support of regional priorities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience leading a PMO or managing complex project portfolios within an international organization.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing project management teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly valued).
• Experience working in fast-paced, matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.

• Lead a multicultural team of Project Managers located across Italy, France, and the UK; foster collaboration and growth.
• Establish and standardize project governance processes across the region; ensure consistent execution and reporting.
• Monitor project portfolio performance with KPIs, dashboards, and management reviews; identify risks and mitigation plans.

• Develop and deliver project management training and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
