CISA, a strategic brand of Allegion, is seeking a PMO Manager to lead project management excellence across Italy, France, and the UK. You will shape governance, strengthen capabilities, and drive delivery of strategic initiatives through a high-performing, multinational team.

Responsibilities include leading project managers across three countries, standardizing governance, monitoring KPIs, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to maximize business value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience leading a PMO or managing complex project portfolios within an international organization.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing project management teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly valued).
• Experience working in fast-paced, matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of Project Managers and partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Sales, Service, and Regional Leadership.
• Establish and standardize project governance processes across the region and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor portfolio performance with KPIs, dashboards, and reviews; mitigate risks and allocate resources effectively.
• Align project objectives with strategic goals and enable cross-country collaboration and change management.
