Allegion is seeking a PMO Manager to lead project management excellence across our H&W Region, shaping governance and capabilities for Italy, France and the UK.

You will inspire a multicultural team of Project Managers, drive portfolio delivery, coach leaders, and partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Sales and regional leadership to deliver measurable business value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Proven experience leading a PMO or managing complex project portfolios within an international organization.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing project management teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent certifications is valued.
• Experience working in fast-paced, matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a multicultural team of Project Managers across Italy, France, and the UK.
• Establish and standardize project governance processes across the region.
• Monitor portfolio performance with KPIs, dashboards, and reviews; manage risks and dependencies.
