Faenza, Italy-based Allegion plc is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead project management excellence across the H&W Region, spanning Italy, France and the UK. You will shape governance, strengthen capabilities, and drive the delivery of key business initiatives while aligning cross-functional teams around shared objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• Proven experience leading a PMO or managing complex project portfolios within an international organization.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing project management teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly valued).
• Experience working in fast-paced, matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.

• Lead and develop a multicultural team of Project Managers located across Italy, France, and the UK.
• Establish and standardize project governance processes across the region and ensure consistent execution, reporting, and decision-making.
• Monitor project portfolio performance through KPIs, dashboards, and management reviews; identify risks and dependencies and mitigate.
• Align objectives with strategic goals; enable cross-country collaboration and deliver training to build capability.
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership on project execution and change management.
