Alira Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our PMO and lead initiatives that optimize processes and governance. The role demands 4–5 years of project management experience within a team-driven environment and involves coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, implementing new tools and driving efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in related fields strongly preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or related fields.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Experience implementing ERP/PSA/HRIS/CRM/ATS solutions (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce).
• Location in Verona/Bologna/Barcelona; in-office presence for initial period.

• Shape and implement PMO operational plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead medium- to large-scale projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Create project charters, timelines, and reports; monitor delivery on time and budget.
• Drive process improvements using lean and agile methodologies.
• Oversee governance, KPIs, and IT project portfolio alignment.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Operations, Logistics, or Life Sciences
