HHLA PLT Italy S.r.l. in Trieste seeks a Senior PMO to establish and govern a robust project portfolio framework across OPS, TECH, IT, HSSE, and Commercial. You will drive planning, risk, and reporting to ensure steady delivery of multiple projects.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, implement processes, dashboards (Power BI, Jira), and continuous improvement, while guiding senior stakeholders and ensuring timely milestones.

Competenze

• Minimum 7–10 years in PMO, program management, or management of large interdisciplinary projects.
• Experience in matrix organizations (international is a strong asset).
• Experience in transformation, digitalization, or engineering/infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of Ports and/or Logistics.

Mansioni

• Define, implement, and oversee a governance model for the full projects portfolio.
• Coordinate projects execution with internal departments and external partners.
• Monitor performance KPIs, risks, and delivery progress; report dashboards and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, planning, and governance across initiatives.
• Support project owners, ensure accountability, and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
