Generali Italia is seeking a motivated intern to join the GCOO Office in Milan, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives, corporate events, and cross‑functional projects. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (or enrolled) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Communication, Event Management, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support planning and execution of corporate events, off-sites, roadshows, workshops, and internal initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics: venues, travel, accommodation, catering, materials, suppliers.
• Manage stakeholder communications and interactions with internal/external partners.
• Prepare presentations, agendas, meeting materials, participant lists, surveys, and follow-up docs.
• Track action items, deadlines, milestones; ensure timely follow-up and execution.
• Support budget tracking, purchase requests, and administrative activities related to events.
• Contribute to collection and analysis of event feedback and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple business areas and international stakeholders.
• Support leadership meetings and strategic communication activities.
