Group Advanced and AI Training team is looking for a talent for a 6-month experience to support the design and delivery of global learning programs focused on GenAI.
The candidate will have a privileged view of training programs for Leaders and Global Functions and will actively contribute to their design, project management and deployment.
The candidate will demonstrate a true interest in this subject and ambition in developing and supporting the training Programs for the above mentioned target populations, in addition to a strong international attitude. The team manages learning & development programs for the entire Group population, meaning that the stakeholders are international and are both internal of Generali Group and external, such as business schools, technology partners, and external vendors.
