Generali Group Head Office is seeking a motivated candidate for a 6-month experience to support the design and delivery of global GenAI learning programs. The role offers exposure to Leaders and Global Functions, with involvement in design, project management and deployment across an international stakeholder network.

The candidate will manage data reporting, LMS scheduling, stakeholder communications and the preparation of PowerPoint/Excel materials, contributing to a growing, impact-focused

Competenze

• University degree in Economics, Maths, Political Science, International Studies or Psychology.
• International exposure through study or work experience.
• Good proficiency in data analysis, processing and Excel.
• Strong interest in Gen AI, AI and technology.
• Analytical, organized and detail-oriented with teamwork spirit.

Mansioni

• Participate in brainstorming for content and format design.
• Update data, create reports and perform data analysis.
• Manage training schedule through the LMS platform.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and virtual events and invitations.
• Prepare PowerPoint and Excel presentations and documents.
• Support communication with stakeholders.
