CYBEX is seeking a candidate to support the PR & VIP/Influencer Manager on global PR and influencer topics, coordinating calendars, toolkits, and stakeholder updates. You will help identify and manage relationships with VIPs and influencers to strengthen brand advocacy and loyalty.

You will track campaign success and assist in talent seeding and events, coordinating with HQ and local teams. This role is based in our Milan office and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing/PR,

Your seat to fill:

• You support the PR & VIP/Influencer Manager on all global PR & Influencer topics required, including project calendar management, toolkit deliveries, external and internal stakeholder support, general status updates, etc.
• You assist in the identification, outreach, and relationship management with VIPs, influencers, and key community figures to strengthen brand advocacy and loyalty.
• You track and analyze the success of influencer collaborations and partnerships, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
• You support the management of global and locally targeted talent seeding activities, including influencer seeding approvals, VIP appointments, in-person product explanations, and order management.
• You support the management and execution of the global community‑building strategy, focusing on delivering a comprehensive overview to the teams and providing guidance when applicable.
• You support the HQ and local marketing teams in managing required agencies and stakeholders to ensure a correctly implemented influencer and VIP workflow based on the HQ footprint.
• You support the execution of HQ and selected local event activations involving press, influencers, and community building, including location proposals and negotiations, invitations, product‑related focus and training, invoicing, contractual obligations, and status updates.
• You support the management of correspondence with external suppliers related to communication projects, events, bookings, and invoicing processes, ensuring a smooth workflow for the procurement and finance departments.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• You are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
