Job summary

CYBEX is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Specialist in Vicenza to create engaging content and coordinate campaigns for a portfolio of retail partners. The role involves traveling across Italian regions to manage retail visits, train staff, and ensure top-notch POS presentation in stores.

The ideal candidate will combine marketing passion with strong organization, language skills, and the ability to collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Create original and engaging social media content as a brand ambassador for selected retail partners.
• Develop and execute editorial plans for a portfolio of key retail partners.
• Support internal graphic design team in marketing materials and POS assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align campaigns and activation plans.
• Serve as a key contact between regional Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.
• Plan and conduct retail visit cycles across Italian regions; travel accordingly.
• Deliver in-store product training and ensure strong product knowledge.
• Ensure POS implementation and merchandising align with brand guidelines in-store.
• Provide on-site support and address customer inquiries on child safety solutions.
• Organize and participate in local events, brand activations, and trade fairs (local and international).

Your seat to fill:

• Create original and engaging social media content, acting as a brand ambassador, to be shared with selected retail partners for publication on their social channels
• Develop and execute tailored editorial plans for a portfolio of key retail partners
• Support the internal graphic design team in the creation of marketing materials and POS assets
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align on campaigns, priorities, and activation plans
• Act as a key point of contact between regional Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams
• Plan and carry out effective retail visit cycles based on business priorities and growth opportunities; travel across Italian regions on a rotating schedule to ensure consistent coverage
• Conduct in-store product training sessions, ensuring strong product knowledge and credibility
• Ensure excellence in POS implementation and merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines, including installation of POS materials and maintaining optimal in-store presentation
• Provide on-site support, address customer inquiries, and act as a trusted advisor on child safety solutions, ensuring accurate and responsible communication
• Organize and actively participate in local events, brand activations, and trade fairs (both local and international), including occasional weekend work; plan and deliver both online and offline events

• Valid driving license; experience with trailer driving is considered an advantage
