CYBEX in Milano, Italy, seeks a proactive communications professional to lead global influencer strategies and media relations. You will build relationships with influencers, VIPs, tastemakers across fashion, design, health, automotive and tech to strengthen CYBEX’s brand.

You will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, coordinate product seeding, briefings, and reporting, and collaborate with international markets to ensure consistent execution and insights. English required; German a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or related field required.
• Experience in PR, influencer marketing or brand communications preferred.
• Understanding of consumer brands in fashion, lifestyle, design or tech is a plus.

Mansioni

• Execute and support global PR, influencer and VIP strategies aligned with CYBEX brand, objectives and priorities
• Identify research and build relationships with influencers, tastemakers, experts and key opinion leaders across multiple sectors
• Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations: partner identification, outreach, negotiations, contracts, seeding, briefs, content approvals, timelines and reporting
• Coordinate global product seeding, gifting and paid campaigns across markets
• Support global media relations: press contacts, materials, product loans and editorial opportunities
• Plan and execute PR events, influencer activations, launches and experiential initiatives
• Collaborate with international markets and agencies to ensure consistent campaign execution and share best practices
• Monitor influencer activity and media coverage, prepare reports and insights for optimization
• Develop global PR toolkits, materials and guidelines for regional consistency
• Stay ahead of creator trends and proactively identify partnership opportunities
