CYBEX is seeking a candidate to support the PR & VIP/Influencer Manager on global PR and influencer topics, coordinating calendars, toolkits, and stakeholder updates. You will help identify and manage relationships with VIPs and influencers to strengthen brand advocacy and loyalty.

You will track campaign success and assist in talent seeding and events, coordinating with HQ and local teams. This role is based in our Milan office and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Marketing/PR,

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Support PR & VIP/Influencer Manager on global PR and influencer topics.
• Assist in identifying, outreaching, and managing relationships with VIPs and influencers.
• Track and report on influencer collaborations and campaign effectiveness.
• Support talent seeding activities and influencer-related approvals and events.
• Help execute the global community-building strategy and agency coordination.
• Assist HQ and local teams with events, negotiations, invoicing and status updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers on communications projects and procurement processes.
