Generali, a leading global insurer, seeks a Strategy Manager in the Group Strategy unit to drive end-to-end strategic workstreams from framing to executive-ready delivery. You will build reusable tools and frameworks, collaborating with Finance, Investor Relations, and Group functions to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

The role requires strong quantitative modelling, KPI framework development, and experience presenting to senior management. A hybrid work model and salary range are offered.

Competenze

• MSc or equivalent academic background in economics, finance, engineering, management, or related disciplines.
• 5-7 years’ experience in insurance/financial servicesstrategy, consulting, corporate strategy, or related areas.
• Structured problem-solving with hypothesis-driven analysis and ability to translate ambiguity into clear workplans.

Mansioni

• Own and contribute to specific workstreams within the annual strategy planning process, from framing to final documentation.
• Develop benchmarking, scenario analyses, and ad-hoc analyses leveraging external data sources and Group assets.
• Perform periodic strategic reviews of existing Business Units’ strategies and market positioning.
• Prepare Board-level and investor-facing materials, including Strategy Day, Investor Day, and quarterly updates.
• Lead the KPI monitoring cycle: track plan delivery, synthesize findings, brief senior stakeholders.
