Reply is seeking an AI Strategist with expertise in specialized models, client workshops, and data-driven AI solutions. You will interview stakeholders, run structured workshops, and translate priorities into concrete AI use cases across the Reply Model Factory.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and strategists to shape model strategy, define datasets, and assess data readiness for training, pretraining, or post-training paths.

Competenze

• Experience designing AI strategies and AI solutions, especially Generative AI for specialized models.
• Proven ability to interview stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and gather functional/technical requirements.
• Ability to assess data availability, quality and readiness for training and deployment.

Mansioni

• Interview client stakeholders and run structured workshops to capture priorities.
• Translate business needs into concrete AI use cases across the Reply Model Factory.
• Define data readiness, data siting and determine paths for training (pretraining/post-training).
