Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced AI Strategy Consultant to help clients shape high‑impact AI programs in Europe. You will define AI and GenAI strategies, design governance, and advise C‑level stakeholders on value realization.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, align transformation roadmaps with business goals, and contribute to thought leadership and client development as Capgemini continues to scale its AI Strategy & Governance practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, digital transformation, or technology advisory with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and governance considerations at scale.
• Experience designing operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define AI and GenAI strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Design AI governance and Responsible AI frameworks with risk management.
• Advise senior executives on AI investments and use-case portfolios.
• Lead complex engagements across strategy, technology, data, and change management.
• Support scaling AI through COEs and enterprise-wide adoption.
