The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, cross-team collaboration, and strategic enablement for ongoing digital transformation in a multinational context. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of AI project experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English to operate effectively in an international

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a similar field with outstanding results.
• At least 3 years designing and implementing AI solutions in business contexts, delivering large-scale AI/digital transformation projects.

Mansioni

• Conduct discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities (automation, analytics, NLP, generative AI).
• Define and prioritize AI use cases based on impact, feasibility, and effort.
• Design scalable AI solutions and prototypes with cross-portfolio reusability.
• Oversee implementation including vendor selection, team coordination, and technical validation.
• Develop toolkits and frameworks to accelerate AI adoption across Mutares and portfolio companies.
